Dear Mr/Mrs,

I have just started as PhD student in Dortmund. As I recently registered as student at the university I have now got the payment information of the full semester of winter 2018/2019.

I find it unreasonable to pay the full semester fee since I will only be able to use the benefits for less than half of the semester. Is there any way to be refunded for the semester fee?
