Liebe Mitglieder der TU Dortmund,

wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass die Anfrage zur Überlassung von Außenflächen, insbesondere Grillorten auf dem Campus der TU Dortmund seit heute in digitaler Form erfolgt. Sie finden das neue Online-Formular im ServicePortal unter folgendem Link:

Der neue Workflow bietet viele Vorteile:

• Der Anfrageprozess sowie der Anfragestatus werden transparenter.

• Die Suche nach dem jeweils richtigen aktuellen Formular entfällt, weil die beiden bisherigen Formulare (mehr oder weniger als 30 Teilnehmende) im Onlineformular zusammengeführt wurden.
• Die Anfragenden erhalten umgehend eine automatisierte Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail, die alle erforderlichen Informationen und Hinweise enthält.
• Die Außenflächen / Grillorte sind im LSF-System angelegt, um die Verfügbarkeit im Vorfeld selbst zu prüfen und den Bearbeitungsstatus einer Anfrage sehen zu können.

Auf der neuen Seite der zentralen Raumvergabe des Dezernats Bau- und Facilitymanagement finden Sie nicht nur den Link zur digitalen Anfrage, sondern auch alle weiteren Informationen wie das Handout zur Nutzung des Online-Formulars, das mitgeltende Merkblatt Grillen sowie einen Lageplan mit den üblicherweise von Ihnen genutzten Außenflächen / Grillorten.

Die Anfrage auf Überlassung der Außenflächen der TU Dortmund ist sämtlichen TU-Beschäftigten sowie den Interessenvertretungen der Studierenden (AStA, Fachschaftsräte, vom AStA anerkannte Arbeitsgemeinschaften) vorbehalten.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the use of outdoor areas, especially barbecue locations on the campus of TU Dortmund University will be made in digital since today.

You will find the new online form in the ServicePortal under the following link:

The new workflow offers many benefits:

• The application process and the application status will become more transparent.
• The search for the correct current application form is no longer necessary because the two previous forms (more or less than 30 participants) have been merged in the online form.
• Applicants will immediately receive an automated confirmation of receipt by e-mail containing all the necessary information and instructions.
• The outdoor areas/barbecue locations have been integrated into the LSF system so that availability can be checked in advance and the processing status of a request can be viewed.

Since today you will find the link to the digital application on the new page of the central room allocation of the Corporate Center Construction and Facility Management as well as all further information such as the handout for using the online form, the information sheet for barbecues and a site plan with the outdoor areas/barbecue locations you usually use.

Applications for the use of outdoor areas at TU Dortmund University are reserved for all TU employees and student interest groups (AStA, student councils, working groups recognized by the AStA).
